International Software Company with offices in Europe and Ukraine is looking for the proactive and self-driven Account Manager/Sales Representative to lead sales activities in Central-Eastern Europe and maintain key-customers relationships. The position is based in Kyiv.
We expect the perfect candidate to be goal oriented, analytical thinking, flexible, attentive to details with exceptional communications and negotiation skills, able to perform both independently and as a team player in the fast-paced international environment.
Higher education degree in marketing, business administration, finances or related fields
2+ years in marketing, sales, business development
Exceptional сcommunications and negotiations skills
Experience in client management process
Computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Fluency in English (verbal /written), Russian/Ukrainian is a Must. Second foreign language will be an advantage.
Establish and manage sales process and pipeline
Generate new leads through various channels
Conducting sales calls, meetings, holding sales presentations
Building long-term and trustable relations with clients and partners, maintaining contacts with existing customers
Preparing sales and marketing materials
Managing and supporting marketing campaigns and related activities
Meeting personal and company sales objectives and KPI.
