We are looking for an Intermediate Recruiter to join our team in Kharkiv. You’ll be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment of the assigned positions, representing our company at events and building the network of potential candidates.
You’ll have a fantastic opportunity to work in a very strong team of Recruiters. Our recruiting team closes 20 positions average per month. Most of them are Intermediate and Senior Level specialists. The intensity of work and number of opened positions we have will help you grow very fast. In the future you will also have a possibility to mentor less experienced recruiters. Definitely, the job supposes some reporting and routine staff but the good news is that we have recruiting assistants to help you concentrate on learning and negotiation with candidates. Another important point is that you won’t perform HR functions as those roles are separated in our company.
• 2+ years experience in IT recruiting

• At least Intermediate English
